Congratulations to our Rugby champions...

From everyone at O2 Digital, thank you to all attendees who took part in our Leadership, Diversity and Rugby Day at Twickenham Stadium. We hope you enjoyed the day, and if you were playing, that you weren't too sore over the weekend!

Firstly, congratulations to our Rugby Champions OMD UK and a shout out to the runners up PHD Media, who also won 'Best Dressed Supporters'.

But, we are ALL winners! We were thrilled to bring together the finest and the fittest of our agencies and clients for a memorable day to recognise our collective wins (both on and off the pitch), hear Maggie Alphonsi's inspiring life story, and of course, play some rugby!

Feel free to browse and download a selection of photos from the day below.

Don't forget, we have some exciting developments coming up in the next few months:

  • Real-time insights - Smart Steps is launching real-time data in the market, enabling you to understand the changes in profile and volume of the UK population instantly.
  • Cross-network messaging - we're re-launching messaging with an exciting cross-network opportunity linked to O2 Wifi usage. Expect increases in scale, insights and capabilities, ensuring your message is delivered to real people and not bots.
  • Integrating new data sets - we're integrating Statiq’s GPS insights with O2 Wifi and Weve Verified 1st party data to offer advertisers market-leading location-based services.  We're also merging Statiq and Smart Steps data for a new independent planning tool, which will offer the highest level of accuracy and insights available.

We're sure you'll agree there are lots of exciting opportunities, both now and in the near future, and we look forward to continuing to partner with you for success.

Until next time!
